Write to hello@settlementnotices.com. The messages that help most are corrections: a date, an amount, a web address or a rule that no longer matches its official source.
What to send
- The address of the page, and the fact or sentence you mean.
- A link to the official document that shows the right version: the settlement's website, the court-approved notice, a court order, or a government page.
- For a tool result that looks wrong: what you typed or chose, and what you expected to see.
Every correction is checked in the official source, and a correction that changes a date, an amount or what a tool tells you gets a dated entry on What's new.
What not to expect
I'm not a lawyer, and I can't help with individual claims. I can't tell you whether your own notice is genuine, which option to choose, whether you qualify, or when your payment will arrive, and I can't file, change or follow up on a claim. Please don't send your notice, your notice ID or confirmation code, your Social Security number, or other personal details.
For your own claim, the notice names who to ask: the settlement administrator, through the phone number or address in the court-approved notice, and class counsel, the lawyers appointed to represent the class. The case lookup shows how to find the court record, and the court clerk or a legal aid office can help with questions about your rights.
